Coffs Harbour Airport is one of the largest and busiest regional airports in New South Wales and serves as a key gateway to the Coffs Coast. Upgrades to the Airport’s main carpark, terminal front roadway and drop-off area improved safety, functionality, ongoing maintenance and revenue streams.

AS Engineering were engaged by the Principal Contractor to provide Construction Management support throughout works — from the tender phase through to construction completion and handover.

To maintain continuous airport operations throughout the upgrade, works were carefully staged to minimise disruptions. Clear communication and detailed planning were essential to keep all stakeholders informed and ensure the site remained safe and presentable for passengers and visitors unfamiliar with the airport environment.
