Brelsford Park is the central green space and primary public park in Coffs Harbour’s City Centre.

As part of the City of Coffs Harbour’s endorsement of the Brelsford Park Master Plan, AS Engineering supported the planning and procurement process for Stage One of the park's redevelopment. The works delivered as part of this package included a range of civic and community-focused improvements, including a paved civic entry, community event space, a designated mobile kiosk location, new amenities, enhanced path connections and picnic facilities, lighting, landscaping, and drainage upgrades.

AS Engineering coordinated the entire RFT process—from preparing the tender documentation through to managing the tender assessment panel—contributing to the successful engagement of a contractor and the subsequent delivery of works.
